Stunning views of the lake. The rooms were clean and had beautiful lake views. The breakfast room also had great lake views. The location was outside of town but easily accessible with a cab. The hosteria had a lovely rustic Swiss chalet feel.
The room temperature couldn't be regulated and it was too hot to sleep. The outside terrace was not accessible due to renovations.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay in a charming stone building with lovely rose gardens and breath-taking lake views. The cozy rooms offered beautiful views of the lake through large windows and luxurious bedding made for a comfortable stay. The staff was super helpful with great suggestions on what to do locally. The mountain side location was perfect for relaxing in the sun or swimming in the warm lake.
The breakfast was a bit limited with no bowls for the cereal and yogurt. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning during an unusual heat wave which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The lake views from the room were stunning, and the breakfast room offered a great view as well. the staff was helpful and gave us good information about local attractions. We also appreciated the bargain rates we got for our romantic escape.
The lack of air conditioning made the heat wave harder to handle, and the absence of a bar or restaurant on the premises proved inconvenient. the front desk closing at 8:00 p.m. meant we had to always make sure we had our key to enter the locked front door to the hotel.
